2. How Resume Documents Are Handled

All resume files uploaded for ATS scanning or building are processed in isolated runtime memory environments. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your resume data with external recruiting agencies, data brokers, or advertising networks. Resumes are utilized solely to generate keyword matches, ATS compatibility scores, and personalized suggestions requested by you.

3. Data Protection & Encryption

Our platform enforces industry-grade protection: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing with unique salts, and OWASP-recommended security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, HSTS).

By registering, accessing, or using the MeleteNova ATS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

MeleteNova ATS is provided for job candidates seeking resume analysis and employers screening candidates. You agree not to upload malicious scripts, viruses, or unauthorized third-party confidential documents.

2. AI-Generated Suggestions

Our AI ATS scoring models are designed to evaluate and enhance your resume against modern recruitment algorithms. While our recommendations are engineered to maximize interview selection probability, MeleteNova does not guarantee employment or interview offers from third-party employers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to Pro and Enterprise features is provided through online subscription tiers processed securely via Razorpay. Pricing is transparently presented in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable taxes.

1. Digital Services Policy

Because ATS scan credits, resume exports, and AI candidate screenings are instantly activated digital services upon checkout, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once consumed.

2. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you experience an accidental duplicate charge or technical payment failure where access was not granted, our billing department will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI / Netbanking / Card).
